Delivery & Exchange Policy

  • Delivery times of some products are mentioned on the product page, and those products whose delivery times are not mentioned will take 3 weeks to deliver 

  • Delivery for luxury pret & formal is 3 week in Pakistan and 4 week for outside Pakistan
  • Delivery time for peach(western) & lawn are 5 days
  • Delivery time of bridal dresses is 2 months because it is made to order.
  • All made to orders cannot be cancelled and return and we promise maximum upto 80% customization as per your requirements.
  • Ready to wear dresses can only be exchange incase of wrong size or defective items with no return policy.
  • Atleast 50% advance payment has to be done for confirmation of order
